Data Portals

UniApp data portals allow researchers a platform to present their findings in an interactive manner, freely to explore by the community

UniApp’s Dataportal sets a new standard for sharing comprehensive biomedical research findings with the scientific community.

This user-friendly platform allows researchers to publish their results, analysis, and datasets to the public after their scientific articles are published, enhancing knowledge dissemination and accessibility. Users can explore results interactively, promoting reproducibility and supporting follow-up research. By making data freely accessible, the Dataportal fosters a collaborative environment and drives innovation in biomedical research, offering a future-oriented alternative to traditional publication methods. The Portals presented below are made available for you to view, explore and visualize the research data without costs. Just click on link to one of the portals and log-in or subscribe to a free read-only UniApp license.

Heidegger & Pircher

Molecular Cancer 2022

Comprehensive characterization of the prostate tumor micro-environment identifies CXCR4/CXCL12 crosstalk as a novel antiangiogenic therapeutic target in prostate cancer. In this collaborative study, the Pircher-Heidegger group used Unicle’s UniApp in an integrative single cell approach to profile the prostate tumor micro-environment to identify novel therapeutic targets for anti-angiogenic therapy. The lab made their data and analysis publicly available via an interactive data portal.

Conradi

Molecular Cancer 2022

Molecular differences of angiogenic versus vessel-co-opting colorectal cancer liver metastases at single-cell resolution. In this study, the Conradi lab used Unicle’s UniApp to perform an integrative single cell and spatial analysis to characterize molecular differences in colorectal cancer liver metastases with a desmoplastic versus replacement histopathological growth pattern. The Conradi lab made their data and analysis publicly available via an interactive data portal.

Cantelmo lab

Science Advances 2024

Single-cell analysis reveals mitochondrial calcium signaling as a novel modulator of endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition. In this study, the Cantelmo lab used Unicle’s UniApp to perform an integrative single cell analysis to identify novel regulators of EndMT. The Cantelmo lab will make their data and analysis publicly available via an interactive data portal.
